In a day, set aside some time that is dedicated to you. Use this time to do things that make you happy. Do things you have been wanting to do. Make plans, dream and introspect.

Affirmations are a great tool to shift your vibrations. Even after your best efforts, you can't shake your negative thoughts? Create a positive, uplifting affirmative chant/mantra - and simply replace your negative thoughts with this mantra consciously.
